Advantages during production! Through the direct production of the electrode, diecorps is very fast. A low CAD and assembly expenditure guarantee a quick result, even with complex inserts.

Another great advantage is the eroding process itself; with a feed rate of up to 10mm/ hour, it is really fast.

Due to its simple and direct electrode production, the whole process is very easy to automate. Furthermore, electrode melting loss is extraordinary low, so that a number of parts can be produced with the same electrode very cost-efficiently!
