outlook

The future of diecorps... ... is a radical simplification of process chains. By automation of the process, it is possible to save up to 80% of time in comparison to standard tooling. After form separation has been determined, the electrode can be built up automated and eroding can proceed in the same automated way. Post-processing effort is at a minimum. The traditional separation of milling, eroding, grinding and assembly becomes superfluous on rather significantly reduced.

Due to simple logistic, a high production capacity arises. A high acceptance of the process is to be assumed, as "wage-eroding" is common in the sector of tooling.

A total average cost reduction of 30% of tool inserts and a reduction of 70% of metal parts can be assumed.
